From individual stock details back to market strength: First check today's RPS market pulse
The RPS value of an individual stock is only meaningful within its market. Before querying a single code, you can first view Today's Four Market RPS50 Pulse Snapshot, confirm which current markets and industries have spreading strong samples; then return to this page to review the multi-cycle changes of RPS20, RPS50, RPS120, RPS250.
Individual Stock RPS Detail Query and Indicator Usage Instructions
Input stock code in the query box above, or enter stock details from the market ranking list. The page will show the stock's percentile ranking, range returns, industry classification, and historical trends in the market's RPS20, RPS50, RPS90, RPS120, RPS250. Specific stock pages will load data according to URL parameters; this explanation is to explain the indicator scope and correct usage methods.
RPS is a cross-sectional ranking within the market, not an absolute price prediction. RPS120 is 80, meaning that the stock's return performance over the past about 120 trading days is superior to about 80% of the effective samples in the market. RPS values from different markets can serve as relative rank references, but cannot be directly inferred as the same absolute gains.
How to understand the values in the individual stock RPS detail page?
The RPS value is the percentile ranking of the interval return of the stock in the effective samples of its market, ranging from 0 to 99. The higher the value, the more advanced the relative performance of the stock in the corresponding cycle; it does not represent future returns, nor is it a trading suggestion.
Why view multiple RPS cycles at the same time?
Short cycles such as RPS20 react faster but with larger fluctuations, long cycles such as RPS250 are more stable but lagged. Combining RPS50, RPS120, RPS250 can distinguish short-term rebounds from situations where multiple cycles are synchronously strong.
Can RPS be used for cross-market comparison?
You cannot directly equate RPS from different markets to absolute returns. A-shares RPS90 and US stocks RPS90 both indicate rankings ahead in their respective markets, but the trading systems, currencies, sample compositions, and actual gains may differ between the two locations.
How often is the data on the query page updated?
Data is updated after the calculation process following the close of each market's trading day. Individual stocks may not have complete long-cycle RPS values at some points due to suspension, insufficient listing time, or data gaps.
